I am a direct intermediary for the Chinese websites Taobao, Tmall, Alibaba, and 1688 (a wholesale Chinese trading platform).

 

Payment for orders is made in hryvnia to a Ukrainian bank card or to the current account of an individual entrepreneur. Customs clearance is included in the cost of my services. It is possible to deliver brands.

 

Commission – 8% of the order amount. Minimum order from 3000 UAH.

 

I have 15 years of experience working with China. I have VIP account status on Taobao and 1688, which gives me access to special discounts and offers on the sites.

 

I personally negotiate with Chinese sellers, which allows me to find out about the availability of selected items in a timely manner and clarify all details regarding size, color, weight, etc. I can find a product based on the image you provide.

 

It is possible to make a photo report, check for defects, and measure goods before shipping to Ukraine.

 

I purchase the goods on the day of payment to my warehouse in Guangzhou (China) and send them to Ukraine by private airline or by sea to your address or Nova Poshta warehouse.

 

You can search for goods directly on the website: Taobao, 1688, after installing the Google Translate plugin in your browser, which will automatically translate the sites into Russian.

 

Today's exchange rate on Taobao.com: 1 yuan - 5.75 UAH (the rate is dynamic, we will find out on the day of purchase);

 

Example of the formula for calculating the purchase from Taobao.com: 1000 yuan + 3% (Taobao website commission) * 5.75 (UAH/yuan exchange rate on the day of purchase) + 8% (my commission) = 6396 UAH.

 

Exchange rate on 1688.com: 1 yuan - $6.45 (dynamic exchange rate, to be determined on the day of redemption).

 

Example of the formula for calculating the purchase price from 1688.com: 1,000 yuan / 6.45 (dollar/yuan exchange rate) + 3% (money transfer to China) * 41.81 (exchange rate on the day of purchase yuan/hryvnia) + 8% (commission) = 7,210 hryvnia.

 

Delivery:

Private airline: Per 1 kg = $16.5 per kg. (Delivery time: 9 to 14 days).

Sea (non-brand) per 1 kg $7.

Delivery time: 50 to 60 days.

• $1.5 - photo report and measurement of goods up to 3 items from one seller;

2% - insurance (optional).

 

Free:

 

• Checking for color, defects, quantity;

• Consolidation of goods from different sellers into one parcel is possible;

• Extra boxes can be removed to reduce excess weight and volume of the parcel;

• Full refund in case of loss of the parcel or failure to deliver on time.

• Delivery by courier directly to your home is included in the delivery rate.

 

Order placement and payment takes place in 2 stages:

 

Stage I:

• I send you an Excel file with an example of how to place an order;

• You fill in the file with links to the products, quantity, price, and photos;

• I confirm the availability of the products with the sellers;

• I provide you with the order calculation;

• You pay for the order according to the calculation;

• I purchase the order according to your links to the products;

• Receipt and inspection of goods at the warehouse in Guangzhou;

• Consolidation of goods into one parcel before shipment to Ukraine or to different recipients in order to comply with the permissible shipping limit to Ukraine per person.

 

Stage II:

• Shipment of the order to Ukraine;

• Receive an international tracking number;

• Pay for the delivery of the international parcel to your address;

• Receive the parcel in Ukraine.

• When unpacking the parcel, please take a photo of the goods with your phone. In case of shortage, damage, or shipment that does not meet your order parameters, you can receive a refund from the carrier.
